Excel Academy
The academy is made up by a series of online seminars. We start with the very basics, and gradually build up the competence, to finally graduate to black belt. The seminars are based on the active involvement of the participants with discussions and questions.
It is an advantage if you have the opportunity to work on multiple screens (or devices) so that you can follow the trainer on one screen and work in your own Excel sheet on the other.
White belt
We get acquainted with working in the Excel window, basic functions, formatting and simple formulas. A thorough introduction to Excel.
Yellow belt
Create order and get a better overview in Excel. Present data in a clear way, we make diagrams and look at other ways to process and analyze data.
Green belt
We work with multiple spreadsheets, insertion and copying, formulas across spreadsheets. Get better control of the information with sorting, tables and filtering.
Blue belt
Process larger amounts of data, use functions to find and retrieve information based on given criteria. Advanced formatting, number format and table functionality.
Red belt
Set up advanced features, find data based on multiple criterias. Make your spreadsheets user-friendly. Use validation to prevent incorrect entry.
Black belt
How to create and use pivot tables to calculate, sum and analyze your data. Target search, let Excel find the correct value for you.
