Leadership development
Higher level management academy is a development program that is aimed at both experienced leaders and those who have just started in the role. The program will give managers a different set of tools and the competency to use them.

The program is built on a combination of seminars, coaching and mentoring - both online and face to face. At our seminars, participants will be actively involved with discussions, questions and role plays.

We use real situations and examples, taken from everyday life and the content is adapted to the participants' level, work situation and company goals.
